Refund policy

KAROLINA AUGUSTINAITE ("we", "us") operates renerscholts.shop. This policy applies to every order placed on this website and is written to match the consumer rules that apply in Estonia and the wider European Union.

What we sell

We sell LED video lights, ring lights and rechargeable flashlights. Our catalogue is built around light: pocket video lights for creators, ring lights for desks and studios, and focusable flashlights for the dark Estonian winter. Product photographs, specifications and stock levels are maintained on the product page; if a specification is critical for your use case, write to us before ordering and we will confirm it.

Order processing

Orders are processed in 1-3 business days after payment clears. Orders placed after 16:00 Tallinn time, at the weekend or on an Estonian public holiday start processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email at the moment the order is registered and a second email with tracking details once the parcel leaves our warehouse.

Shipping and delivery

Estimated delivery time is 15 business days from dispatch. Tracking is provided for every shipment. We ship to the address you enter at checkout; please check the postcode carefully, because a parcel returned to us as undeliverable has to be re-shipped at your cost.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking has not moved for an unusual length of time, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so that we can open a carrier investigation. If the parcel arrives damaged, send photographs of the outer box and of the product within 48 hours of delivery; we will arrange a replacement or a refund once the damage is documented.

Returns and the 14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the European Union you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. We also accept unused returns up to 30 days after delivery. Items must come back complete, undamaged, with all accessories and in a condition that allows them to be resold. Sealed hygiene items and products that have been used are excluded, as the law allows.

To start a return, email us with your order number. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or was sent in error. Send returns to: KAROLINA AUGUSTINAITE, Männiku tee 92, 11215 Tallinn, Estonia.

Refunds

Once a returned item reaches us and passes inspection, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. We refund the item price and, where the whole order is returned within the 14-day window, the standard outgoing shipping cost. Express upgrades and return postage are not refunded.

Warranty

All electronics are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the delivery date. The warranty does not cover water ingress into non-waterproof items, crushed cables, or damage caused by using a charger outside the specified voltage.
